The average index in the first half of the year rose 1.72 per cent to the same period last year, the relatively safe level for the fulfillment of less than 5 per cent inflation rate, the expert said. However, she also warned that the prices of health care services, education and fuel would cause pressure on the CPI in the rest of the year.
